Acceptable Use Policy

FinishSure Legal Package v1.0 — Effective July 9, 2026

1. Authorized business use

Customers may use FinishSure only for lawful business purposes connected with authorized projects and in accordance with documentation and agreements.

2. Prohibited conduct

Users may not: gain unauthorized access; probe or disrupt systems; upload malware; interfere with monitoring or communications; falsify data; bypass security or payment controls; scrape or overload the service; reverse engineer software or Equipment except where law expressly permits; remove ownership labels; share credentials with unauthorized parties; use the service to violate privacy or other rights; or use FinishSure for life-safety or emergency-response purposes.

3. Customer content

Customer must have the rights and permissions needed to upload project information, floor plans, contacts, and other content. Customer may not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or confidential third-party information without authorization.

4. Enforcement

Irys IoT, LLC may investigate suspected violations and may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, Equipment, customers, or third parties. We may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
